Fish

Baked Sea Bass

(makes 4 servings)

1/2cup low fat mayonnaise
2teaspoons Dijon mustard
1teaspoon prepared horseradish
1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
freshly grated pepper
45-ounce sea bass fillets, boned and skinned
4tablespoons breadcrumbs
butter flavored refrigerated cooking spray

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, and pepper. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and coat each with 1/4 of the mayonnaise mixture
  3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Coat with butter flavored spray. Bake for 20 -25 minutes until the fish is opaque.
Per Serving:210 calories (28% from fat), 6 g total fat (1.5 g saturated fat), 29 g protein, 8 g carbohydrate, 0 g dietary fiber, 65 mg cholesterol, 240 mg sodium, 410 mg potassium
